recipe 1 : chicken kebabs with herb and lemon


At last, i manage to sit and write. yup... it so hard to blog these day. busy.. well my little boy is busy actually.. wandering around his mommy until his mommy feel hopeless to do anything but to entertain him. huhuhu..

ok, move to the recipe. This is the 1st recipe that i try from the book called MEAT, 200 simple and succulant recipe, by page one. 200 recipe, This one called,

CHICKEN KEBABS with lemin and herbs.



1 Tablespoon finely chopped parsley
1 Tablespoon finely chopped fresh rosemary
2 teaspoon fresh thyme, finely chopped
1 clove of finely chopped garlic
1 teaspoon, crushed black peppercorn
finely grated lemon zest and fresh squeezed of 1 lemon
1 teaspoon red chilli paste (ganti cili sos)

4 Tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil (evoo)
4 boneless skinless chicken  breast halves, cut into small cubes

Mix all ingredients and toss into chicken let marinade for 10 minutes.

preheat a grill pan or barbeque on high. thread chicken into skewer andcook. brush with olive oil to make them moist. grill up to 10 minutes. until golden. serve.

the verdict. Its taste good. the spices are not too intense, but, if i want to make them again, (and i will make them again) i will marinade them for a longer time, maybe an hour or overnight. :)
